LPL/LSG/LWO/LDB: Constructed with a 3/4” (18mm)-thick double-faced MFC board, it features a frame made from the same MFC material with dimensions of 0.59 × 0.8 inch (15 × 22mm). The frame is joined to the core board via stepped-edge machining, while adjacent frame pieces are assembled with precision 45° mitered joints. Fully edge-banded for a seamless finish. WSS: Constructed with a 3/4" (18mm)-thick MDF core, the door features a perimeter machined with stepped edges. Four matching 0.25 × 0.59 inch (6 × 15mm) MDF strips are embedded and overlaid onto the respective stepped edges for a flush fit. The entire piece is finished with a PVC film via the thermofoil process.
